“When we arrived they were kind enough to pre heat the room for us with a comforting temperature of 40°C. Soon we discovered our toilet did free after hour work because it kept flushing every 2 seconds. When we opened our window we had an amazing view of the local florence metrostation. As the night fell we were accompanied by 25 or so mosquitos. They were very friendly and hygienic. All over all. This was the best hotel experience ive had in a long time”
